100-day return period

Eligible Manthrum purchases may be returned within 100 days of delivery. The product must be returned with the included accessories and proof of purchase.

Starting a return

Contact us through the support form with your order number and the email used at checkout. We will provide the available return instructions for your order.

Exceptions

Items that are damaged through misuse, altered, missing essential components or otherwise excluded by applicable law may not qualify. Gift cards and final-sale items are not eligible unless required by law.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the return is received and inspected. Your bank or card provider may require additional processing time.
